The began with a thorough site analysis to gain an understanding of the site’s topography and soil conditions, which helped us to consider various design options. Our skilled team hand-selected quality materials, including locally sourced limestone for the walls, intended to provide both strength and a sense of timelessness. To encourage biodiversity, while also intending for a low-maintenance product, we utilized a variety of native plant species such as ornamental grasses, flowering perennials, and low-maintenance shrubs chosen specifically for their aesthetics and seasonal beauty. A significant hurdle was that the site did not have uniform land. Our team showcased their skills with grading and drainage options to allow water to find its way off the site, while maintaining soil health, which also helps gardens thrive! A winding, natural stone path weaved throughout encourages exploration and connects the gardens. In short, an outdoor gem was created to exceed the client’s vision and positively impact the value of the property. The completed White Walled Gardens have become a peaceful gathering place and backdrop for family celebrations throughout the seasons. The client truly expressed excitement for the finished product, displaying great joy for our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
