Shorewood Raised Garden by Stonepocket Unique Landscapes Located in the beautiful community of Shorewood, the Shorewood Raised Garden is a celebration of artistry and craftsmanship from Stonepocket Unique Landscapes. This distinct landscaping turned a small, unused backyard area into a gorgeous, usable garden area that enhances the natural lay of the land. The created a series of extraordinary raised garden beds, constructed of locally sourced cedar as it is quality and durable without decaying. Each bed was contoured to maximize sunlight exposure allowing for the proper herb, vegetable, and flower growth. The custom-fit paths (composed of permeable pavers) combine easy access between beds while allowing for drainage. One of the major challenges for us on the was the existing drainage that would inhibit plants from growing. Our crew at Stonepocket Unique Landscapes established an underground drainage technique to capture the water and lead it away from the garden beds, therefore protecting the plants while eliminating brown patches. The final result left our client amazed. The raised garden is beautiful, provides a food source to consume, and offers enjoyment as a quiet area of relaxation. Stonepocket Unique Landscapes delivers thoughtful design with a keen eye, quality materials, and exceptional attention to detail while listening to the client's needs from original design to the last delivery.
