Modern Farmhouse Entertainment Addition in Wayzata Completed by Stonepocket Unique Landscapes Located in the heart of Wayzata the Modern Farmhouse Entertainment Addition expresses the beauty and detail of Stonepocket Unique Landscapes. This landscaping was envisioned to provide outdoor living features whilst complementing the natural beauty of this site. This included a beautiful multi-tiered patio constructed of natural stone, providing a comfortable place for entertainment and gathering. We designed a custom fire pit feature, making use of the space to allow for warmth and comfort for our clients and guests in a comfortable seating area, so clients could enjoy quiet evenings outdoors. In addition to this, we incorporated an outdoor kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a large granite countertop, to make entertaining friends and family more inviting. In the spirit of a modern farmhouse style, we chose a combination of native plantings to enhance the aesthetics and biodiversity of the site. Along with contours in the landscape, our team was faced with challenges of grade and access limitations, which we incorporated into our grading techniques or equipment. The end result is a beautiful outdoor oasis, one with both elegance and functional design, and thus we have another satisfied client!
