Gayle & Associates Located in North Georgia, this remarkable estate alters the property and creates a stunning landscape of natural beauty and graceful simplicity. Joe A. Gayle & Associates was asked to improve the estate with outdoor improvements. The goal was to create a lush area that mirrors the character of the Town, while supporting, as much as possible, the modernistic style and context of the owners. The had several aspects of landscaping, including custom stone trails made of granite sourced from the local quarry. Beautifully maintained flower beds, brimming with seasonal color, lead to the main terrace. Native plant selection for sustainability and low maintenance supports the stunning mixture of colors that landscape in every full palette possible throughout the seasons. A beautiful, three-tier water feature with a waterfall and koi pond is the centerpiece of the garden, invoking peace and tranquility. Though the grading of the estate came with several slopes and challenges, the creative grading solution produced terraces that created a beautiful backdrop to the topography of the site. Exterior lighting was used to accentuate the landscape at night - this estate now shimmers like a beautiful jewel. The end result is an infallible outdoor space that the owners envisioned. The owners flipping delighted with the beautiful craftsmanship of outdoor living space that "works" exhibits the Joe A. Gayle & Associates spirit, and this estate will surely be recognized as elegant landscaping in Atlanta. The clients now have a beautiful space of retreat that supports both aesthetic beauty and successful outdoor living.
