Profile: Joe A. Gayle & Associates West Conway Residence The West Conway Residence is situated in the North Atlanta area and exemplifies the very best of Joe A. Gayle & Associates. This exciting landscape aimed to create an outdoor oasis while allowing the landscape to meld gracefully with the architectural style of the home. We were able to begin the landscaping process by doing a comprehensive site analysis in order to properly assess the existing topography and sun exposure to create a customized landscape design from the start of the . An incredible patio was the focal point for the outdoor space, built from stunning flagstone, selected for its natural appearance and strength. Surrounding the patio, a variety of native plant selections were installed which included flowering perennials and low maintenance shrubs for visual impact and to support local wildlife. One of the most unique challenges of the was the graded site. Our excellent team created a series of terraced gardens that serve both as erosion control as well as an additional level of planting. Each level was planted with a soil amendment for enriching and healthy growing and a wonderful collection of drought-resistant plants. We integrated a water feature that provided relaxation sounds and invited your typical local wildlife. A lighting package allowed the clients to further enjoy their outdoor space without the sun being in their backyard. In the end, the West Conway residence evolved into an incredible retreat designed for the clients for a safe and healthy environment. Aesthetic aspirations were met with quality and functionality, resulting in the knowledge that Joe A. Gayle & Associates offers thoughtful and incredible landscape solutions throughout Atlanta.
