Woodlands Paradise In this beautiful landscaping , E.L.I Land Design, LLC showcases "Woodlands Paradise," turning a large residential estate into an enticing landscape paradise within the Woodlands area. Working with the unique challenges that this brought together with creative solutions and with experience, we catered to the communities of Conroe, Houston, Magnolia, Spring, Woodloch, Cut and Shoot, Panorama Village and Willis. Blending traditional and contemporary elements, the had a complex composition. A variety of native plant species were used in such a way as to ensure sustainability and a low maintenance level, while greatly increasing the ecological dynamics of the area. Amidst the lush green lawn and flower beds, carefully selected decorative trees gave it a serene ambience. We used the finest materials available, including locally sourced stone for walkways and site-built wood structures that blended seamlessly with the existing landscape, hand-selected by our team. Uneven topography was one of the biggest obstacles we had to overcome, we had to develop unique grading to guarantee drainage and avoid erosion. Our professional crew constructed tiered planting beds that mimic natural flow but are more attractive than a straight line. What we ended up with was nothing short of epic. A winding path of stone guided visitors the land to discover small places to sit amongst the sweet-smelling flowering bushes. A calming water feature with a small waterfall added to the peace and was an attractive draw to local wildlife and offered sounds to enrich the experience. Our client is delighted with the transformation and now has a personal hideaway that embodies who they are as a person and also connects them to nature. The home is an example of the ideals of quality and design that have been the hallmark of E.L.I. Land Design, LLC dedication to making outdoor spaces that enhance life and elevate the ordinary in our lives.
