Hillshire Village Backyard Retreat The 'Hillshire Village Backyard Paradise' featuring a breathtaking landscape transformation redefining outdoor liveability for our clients in the centre of Hillshire Village by E.L.I. Land Design, LLC. This exemplifies our dedication to quality, artistry and detail in Houston and Conroe hidden in between both big cities. It started with the most difficult terrain consisting of uneven land and a lot of vegetation. The site is naturally gradiant and our experienced team worked over it to prepare it and graded innovatively for seamlessness. We used great materials like, locally-sourced stone for the patio and weather-resistant composite decking so this cost-effective design will last for decades with little maintenance. At the heart of the design, a custom water feature serves as a focal point, providing a calming place for the ears to listen to the sounds of the gentle rippling water as it flows. We added a wide selection of native plants as well as colorful perennials around this serene hub to beautify the area and support local biodiversity as well. It gives us a perfect balance of hardscaping and softscaping, all with the intention of creating a space to relax and/or entertain. An outdoor kitchen has high-end appliances, poised to make summer barbecues and family gatherings fun. Our team also incorporated ambient lighting and seating for guests to enjoy the backyard oasis throughout the dusk hours. Despite obstacles like restricted access to the site and harsh weather, we worked hard as a team to produce a stunning finished product that the client praised. It has become a tranquil oasis and a wonderful embodiment of our client who desired an outdoor sanctuary that functioned beautifully, but even more so, one that where beauty radiated. We call the finished the Hillshire Village Backyard Paradise E.L.I. Land Design, LLC still sells homes today throughout Magnolia, Spring, Woodloch, Cut and Shoot, Panorama Village, and Willis, turning visions into reality and her dreams into landscapes.
