Emma Long - Texas Custom Turf Texas Custom Turf proudly showcases the Emma Long landscaping , a beautiful renovation that changed the outdoor living experience for our clients in the beautiful Austin area. Set amid Austin's hilly scenery is an outdoor living concept focused on providing a peaceful retreat that naturally blends with a lovely surround. The Emma Long has a thoughtfully designed landscape that mixes native plants, beautiful stone paths, and custom outdoor living locations. Our team used locally sourced materials, durable flagstone, and sustainable hardwoods, so the landscape is a well-styled, functional space that stands the test of time. Flower beds filled with Texas wildflowers provide splashes of color throughout the year, and native grasses provide texture and movement to an overall natural aesthetic. A key challenge was the steep slope of the land, whereby we needed to develop creative grading solutions that created function without compromising landscape integrity and function. The creative team at Texas Custom Turf designed a tiered garden to showcase rich plant material, while curbing erosion and promoting drainage. We also designed a winding path for the landscape while creating explorative areas and connecting the space, with elements like a fire pit and meditation area. The end result is a stylish outdoor oasis that fits and fulfills all the wishes of our clients. Every aspect of the landscape is curated with quality and craftsmanship, from the plants to the content, speaks to Texas Custom Turf production. The Emma Long has created a space in which family and friends gather together, and reflects Texas Custom Turf landscape philosophy.
