Traditional Solterra Courtyard with a View C&H Landscaping is presenting the 'Traditional Solterra Courtyard with a View', an amazing transformation that combines beauty and functionality. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, this features a careful design that combines natural stone paths, colorful flower gardens, and seating areas designed for relaxation or entertainment. We commenced with a thorough site inspection to collect all relevant information on the site to address the unique drainage and topographic issues presented by the site. We chose high-quality materials for the , including locally sourced flagstone and durable, all-weather pavers that are sure to last while looking timeless and at home in the neighborhood. At the focal point of the courtyard is an inviting fire pit, with custom seating surrounding it built out of reclaimed wood lumber. Not only does the seating casement enhance the rustic charm of the space, it allows for comfortable seating for gatherings. The perennial gardens, with a variety of native plants that bloom at various time of the year, were also placed to ensure beautiful blooms are present throughout the seasons while attracting local wildlife. In addition, we believe that matter, which is why we implemented a high-efficiency irrigation system which ensures plants receive enough moisture while conserving water at the same time. We had to overcome initial issues with variations in grading as well as old tree roots from windblown or established trees, all while keeping the integrity of the client’s design and the site’s environmental condition as well. An overall success! Upon completion, ‘Traditional Solterra Courtyard with a View’ lived up to its as a beautiful escape for the homeowners, who we’re certainly delighted in their final courtyard. We were glad to help enhance their quality of outdoor living and property value.
