About This Project

Modern Oasis - C&H Landscaping Located in the Denver Metropolitan Area, the C&H Landscaping team is excited to share a recently completed , known as "Modern Oasis," that reflects contemporaneous elegance and tranquil relaxation. C&H serves a wide range of clients, from Arvada to Castle Rock, and we were tasked with creating a place to fully enjoy the outdoors without it sticking out from the architectural features of this home. The began with a full landscape design that included native plant material, drought-tolerant use of materials, and colors that seamlessly connect to the natural landscape of the area. One component partial to much of the design was a modern patio area with high-end pavers that became a comfortable area to entertain friends or have dinner outside. There was also a custom fire pit that became the focal point to cozy up to or gather around after a long day. One of the significant challenges we faced in developing the was it was sloped throughout the property. Our team constructed tiered garden beds with stone obtained locally to create different layers to make it interesting and also to allow for proper drainage. Mature trees and ornamental grasses were used throughout to provide privacy and create an overall softer look and feel, and to provide shade for those hot summer days. Once completed, we added all the ambient lighting to highlight certain features of this space allowing our client to enjoy the Modern Oasis in the evening or night. We take pride in our quality of work and detail that created a client's oasis outdoor retreat enjoyed whether hosting friends or relaxing privately.
