2017 Tacoma Home and Garden Show by Nature Perfect Landscape and Design In 2017, Nature Perfect Landscape and Design exhibited at the Tacoma Home and Garden Show, where we utilized our professional knowledge to turn a standard exhibiting space into a beautiful outdoor environment that impressed our audience and the judges! Serving the greater Puget Sound and Anderson Island, Seattle, Tacoma, our team was committed to quality and originality. There was a feature having native plants, sustainable products, and an elegant hardscape. Our talented team members started with an analysis of the site to be sure every detail complimented the landscape. We built a beautiful water feature with a perfect pond that attracted the attention of visitors as well as the wildlife. The pavers used for the pathways were permeable providing a pleasing walkway, as well as being sustainable to the environment by improving drainage and reducing runoff. We encountered many challenges including varying weather conditions, which are often typical in the Pacific Northwest. We selected drought-tolerant plants and incorporated a drip irrigation design that utilized water efficiently while utilizing a lush green plant atmosphere. We also worked closely to meet deadlines, being sure to complete each detail included in our design and ensuring that the show displayed the collaboration of a committed team. Our completed landscape demonstrated the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the possibility of sustainable gardening. Guests enjoyed the serenity of the atmosphere created by the neighboring flower beds and various ferns to the seating area incorporated with reclaimed wood. Following the show, we heard positive conversations commenting on our creative, functional, or sustainable designs. Nature Perfect Landscape and Design left this as not participants; we left this event as leaders in the landscaping community, possessing the ability to create beautiful, functional, and environmentally friendly spaces outdoors. We take incredible pride in knowing that from this ; we furthered our goal of enhancing the beauty of homes and gardens of the community we serve.
