This was completed for a thrilled homeowner in Olympia, and illustrates our values of quality, creativity, and utilizing the natural advantages of the climate. The main feature of this landscape is an impressive, multi-tiered waterfall that flows freely into a clear pond, embracing this space with a sense of peace and relaxation. Constructed of high-quality, natural stone sourced nearby, this waterfall features in harmony with its surroundings. No unnatural stone was imported for this , only local stone, which keeps this sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. The pond features a sturdy but eco-conscious liner that allows the homeowner a clear view of the fish and plants that have taken residence. Flowing from the waterfall is a soft, winding stream that winds seamlessly through the garden, transferring you from one beneficial landscape feature to another. Native plants were utilized along the banks of the stream, increasing biodiversity and providing habitat for local wildlife, while minimizing maintenance practices for the homeowners. The use of smooth river rock, while primarily functional, further enhances the natural feel to this stream. One of the difficulties encountered during this was navigating the uneven condition of the backyard. Our skilled team used precision grading methods and techniques to get water to flow uninterrupted, provide proper drainage systems while preventing any erosion. A pump system was created to circulate water, promoting a healthy pond and stream throughout the entire year. The result is Stunning Landscape that exceed the client’s expectations!
