Montclair Landscape Renovation Completed by Pennella's Landscape Designs, LLC Located in the Montclair area, Pennella's Landscape Designs, LLC has completed the Montclair Landscape Renovation , a complete transformation of a large outdoor space. The team was tasked with the goal of developing a beautiful outdoor space that would function very well, while also adapting to the challenges of the existing terrain and vegetation. The first step of the was to analyze the site for drainage issues and soil quality. Then, with premium materials on site, Pennella's Landscape Designs, LLC integrated a wide variety of native plants, which offer increased biodiversity and a healthier withstand of local climate. Custom stone walkways made of local blue stone meandered through the garden and proved to be a peaceful walking experience, culminating in the installation of durable paver bricks to build custom outdoor kitchens worthy of the large family gatherings and barbecues. Over time, and with soil quality variable on site, and certain micro-climate sections of the landscape having limited sunlight, planning, time, and innovative practices had to be introduced along the way with shade tolerant plants, constructed and placed successful drainage designs, and time, provided a positive quality for the long-term sustainable outdoor beauty of the space. The outcome generated an overall beautiful landscape that exceeded client expectations. Specific elements included a tranquil water feature situated adjacent to the kitchen with perennial flower beds surrounding it and with beautiful flowers presented/blooming under specific sunlight. In conclusion, Pennella's Landscape Designs, LLC brought the renovation of this Montclair residence to excellence in quality and aesthetics in an outdoor space, and has set a higher standard for the region of landscaping in the Montclair area.
