The bluestone is the highest quality stone, truly stain resistant, and adds a robust and clean environment for durable outdoor use. The deep colors of the stone make it an inviting place to have family and friends gather and share stories or just relax. For the entrance, we made this a functional and beautiful area with a durable paver driveway. The pavers were specially chosen to match the bluestone patio, while providing a strong surface for many years of outdoor enjoyment. The result is a driveway matching the landscape layout that becomes the most beautiful transition from the road to the front door. There were challenges to the with uneven site conditions and some drainage issues. Our experience and attention to detail allowed us to incorporate some innovative solutions to meet proper water management and providing a level foundation for the fire-pit and patio. The final outcome is a stunning area built and designed for our client to enjoy family and friends around the fire, relax and create memories. The bluestone patio married well with the solid paver driveway, adding an inviting and useful function while improving the overall curb appeal.
