Program Overview: Raised Patio Program by Pennella's Landscape Designs, LLC Located in a bustling neighborhood, the Raised Patio Program carries our spirit of quality work and brilliant design. Covering a range from Boonton to Wyckoff, this transformed our client’s backyard into a beautiful, functional space. The program will primarily consist of a raised patio that was designed with great detail and built using high-quality bluestone pavers that provide durability and beauty. The natural colors of the bluestone blend harmoniously with the surroundings and create a balance between the patio and the lush landscaping. In addition, decorative stones were placed around the patio that provide a beautiful finish while also serving to provide erosion control. One of the challenging aspects of the property was that it had a significant slope. Our design team and employees designed a multi-level patio that fit the elevation change and maximized the outdoor living space. The multi-level patio provided space for built-in seats and a fire pit for gatherings with friends and family or relaxing with your loved one under the stars. The raised patio is anchored with native plants and softscapes for visual impact throughout the seasons. Lighting is carefully placed to highlight the beautiful textures with the landscaping while providing safety and ambiance once the sun sets. In the end, the result was a beautiful raised patio that far exceeded our client’s wants and needs. This brought value to the property and created a beautiful oasis for our clients to enjoy for years to come.
