Designed as a garden of the seasons, the Rowley is filled with native plants intermixed with ornamental grasses and seasonal flower beds to create a tapestry of beauty throughout the year. The large patio uses permeable pavers, which not only looks great, but also encourages sustainable drainage practices, making sure that the space is beautiful and environmentally friendly at the same time. When we eventually broke ground, one of the unique challenges we faced was the property's varied and sloping topography, which needed creative grading and drainage solutions.
