Featured The Pearmain A Holloway Company Inc. Landscape Showplace The Pearmain is the transformation of a large residential property in the heart of a beautiful community by Holloway Company Inc. You have kept with the good work; A husband lives in a lively neighborhood in Aldie, Ashburn You have worked to design the outdoor space that would feel both aesthetic and appealing. The began with an overarching design strategy that highlighted native plantings, sustainability, and entertainment areas. We used a mix of bright flowering perennials, shrubs, and ornamental trees that naturally attract visitors and provide wildlife support. At the center of the is a locally-sourced and custom-designed bluestone patio, a decadent gathering area for family and friends. We had certain challenges, such as the steepness of the property, so we designed tiered garden beds with the land for that. Not only were these a great way to enhance accessibility, they also added more layers and intrigue to the landscape. Quality natural stone was used for the retaining walls to not only hold the earth in place, but to also provide longevity in this home design as well as supplement the home architecture. We also incorporated landscape lighting to celebrate the architectural of the design and prolong the time of day that the outdoor space can be occupied. Moreover, we also put together an irrigation system that minimises water usage but keeps the plants alive, which shows our love for sustainable landscaping. The outcome of The Pearmain is an awe inspiring scape that sits in perfect harmony with its surroundings, creating a landscape that gives the homeowners their own little escape out their door. With our eye for and our craftsmanship we styled the that really made our client happy as this helped them make their vision come true.
