The Chantilly Proudly Introducing 'The Chantilly' From Holloway Company Inc. An exquisite deck and landscape expertly marrying Mother Nature with outdoor living elegance. Located in the center of Chantilly, Virginia, this highlights our dedication to quality craftsmanship and creative design, benefiting the other communities surrounding Aldie, Ashburn, and more. Chantilly layout with native plants design for aesthetic and ecological benefits. We chose nice stone from a local supplier for the custom patio and some sophisticated retaining walls that our team will be building. Not only does it boost the aesthetics, but it also helps in protecting against the elements. The property has many different topographies that we needed to make plans for but also needed to create solutions for so it felt cohesive. Our landscape architects carefully blended terracing to accommodate the change in grade as well as a drainage solution to mitigate potential erosion issues. This creates an efficient, welcoming area that connects the residence and the abundant garden spaces. Completing the look is the ambient lighting, which highlights the landscape features at dusk, creating the perfect backdrop for evenings spent outdoors. Thrilled with the transformation, our delighted client told us that The Chantilly has become a favourite family retreat with friends in the beautiful, outdoors."
