Fairbanks Highlands Torrey Pines Landscape Co., Inc. proudly introduces the 'Fairbanks Highlands', a stunning renovation located within the idyllic Fairbanks Ranch community. This large landscaping exemplifies our values of high-quality service, creativity, and client satisfaction. The began with a complete design process in which we collaborated with the homeowners to build a cohesive outdoor space that functions properly while blending beautifully into the natural environment. With the use of a multi-tiered garden that incorporates lush native plants, drought-resistant landscaping, and colorful flowering perennials, the transformation of the landscape not only creates beauty but sustainability. One of the many distinctive features of Fairbanks Highlands is the custom stone pathway using locally sourced flagstone. The flagstone fauna paths weave through the garden as if they belong in the family outdoor living space, and this also creates a welcoming space for family events. Note, the installation of the flagged stone pathway presented challenges involving the existing sloped terrain, which we seamlessly solved with terracing and retaining walls using natural boulders. To elevate the ambience, a water feature was installed that offers calming sounds and attracts wildlife, establishing a retreat for the family. Additionally, the lighting design was interwoven throughout the landscape to balance the beauty of the flora while gently displaying the garden in the evening. Overall the result is undeniably stunning, while simultaneously respecting the homeowner's budget.
