La Jolla Scenic Torrey Pines Landscape Co., Inc. is proud to present the ‘La Jolla Scenic’ - the dramatic improvement of a home in a spectacular coastal community of California that has reimagined outdoor living in the heart of La Jolla. This showcases our commitment to quality, value, innovation and sustainability. The process started with a comprehensive design plan that was compatible with the beautiful site above the water and overlooking the ocean. Drought-tolerant native plantings were used in order to create an engaging landscape that offer enjoyment with low water use and maintenance. Our talented team selected various stone and paver materials and assembled pathways throughout the lush gardens filled with colorful blooms and textural foliage. One of the challenges of the was the sloping site and need for proper drainage and soil stability. Our talented landscape architects delivered a groundbreaking grading plan while incorporating terraced garden beds that not only provided aesthetic appeal, but also enhanced soil stabilization and prevented erosion. A custom irrigation system was installed to tackle water efficiency and the site’s climate. The outcome is a beautiful outdoor sanctuary spiced with functional features, beginning with a relaxing meditation area, including a water feature to capture calmness and engagement. A large patio area adds entertainment space, with lighting designed to highlight the landscape's beauty and usability at night. Our client was ecstatic with the results of their , they loved the perfect balance of usefulness and beauty.
