About This Project

Caroles in Pinole DVA Consulting and Design is proud to deliver a high-quality landscaping entitled 'Caroles in Pinole' serving delighted customers in the dynamic 80 corridor. This took a fairly small back yard and transformed it into a beautiful outdoor environment which seamlessly blends the beauty of nature with practical use. In addition to improving aesthetics, the design incorporates native plants and drought-tolerant landscape. Refined materials, including natural stone pathways and sophisticated wooden decking, are used to deliver cozy nooks for rest and conviviality. For seasonal interest, we added seasonal blooms along with evergreen shrubs to have a palette that offers versatility. The main challenge we faced was that the ups and downs of the site. A team that expertly leveled the ground, and designed tiered garden beds to break up the visual landscape, but also to aid in drainage and soil health. When laying out our trails, new agricultural areas, and even just the basic contours of the overall terrain, we took care to avoid distorting the natural patterns of the land, allowing us to minimize our land-use whilst still functioning ecologically. The end result is a beautiful outdoor oasis that pleases the homeowner while embodying their dream. The Caroles not only increases the property value but also provides a space for where the family gathering can take place peacefully with silence, DVA Consulting and Design focuses on providing an exquisite product and craftsmanship, making s like 'Caroles in Pinole' an embodiment of both the client's vision and our promise of quality.
