Lenexa Patio Addition The Lenexa Patio Addition by Monumental Lawn & Outdoor LLC turned an unused space into an elegant patio that ensured outdoor living would never be the same for our client located in Lenexa. Covering the surrounding Kansas City area including Belton, Overland Park, and Raymore, our team needed to develop an outdoor area that was both functional and stylish while still looking like it belonged with the natural landscape around it. It started with a deep consultation to learn what the client wanted to achieve. We walked the space and created an amazing patio with beautiful long-lasting, aesthetically pleasing pavers. The interlocking patio combined natural stone colors, framing the backyard; becoming an extremely useful entertainment space at the same time. The most significant hurdle that we faced was that the original yard had a lot of undulations in the land. Site Laid Our team did a great job in grading the land to ensure that there is sufficient drainage to avoid water ponding. Our attention to detail with this crucial prep work proved its worth in how long the patio lasted, a testament to our quality of craftsmanship. We supplemented the patio with rich landscaping including native plants and ornamental shrubs to both create a colorful backdrop inviting wildlife and serve as a privacy screen. We also added some ambient lighting elements which allow the space to smoothly transition from day to night, ideal for evening entertaining. The end product was a gorgeous little backyard escape which brought our client utmost satisfaction. The addition not only provided a home for family and friends to enjoy, but it also increased the property value. Every detail was scrutinized with utmost care to ensure that the choice of materials complemented a meticulous finish, embodying excellence.
