### Bexley B & B Jacobs Grant Design Ltd. is pleased to present this transformation of the Bexley B & B into a landscaped space that combines beauty and usability. Located in the heart of Bexley, the truly embodies our philosophy of quality craftsmanship and design. One of the main features of the landscaping is an outstanding outdoor lounge space, complete with a custom stone fireplace to sit around in comfortable and elegant seating. We used locally sourced flagstone for the patio, which mirrored the the architecture of the B & B and provided durability and functionality. The design also included carefully curated flower beds with a balance of perennial plants and annual blooming plants for a dazzling display of evolving blooms throughout the seasons. One of the challenges of this was the unlevel quality of the landscape; the team completed grading work and terracing of the property, creating an amazing, beautiful, multi-tiered garden that creates a peaceful landscape to unite the patio and the building. Additionally, our team planted an efficient drain system to mitigate any pooling water while extending the life of the landscaping. To assist the guests, soft landscape lighting was used to illuminate paths and accentuate the gorgeous architecture of the trees and shrubs, adding a unique charm to the nighttime experience. The end result is a beautiful outdoor oasis that improves the curb appeal of the building while providing a quiet retreat for guests at the Bexley B & B. Like all our collaborations with owner of the Bexley B & B was incredibly easy, and our transformation of this space has helped elevate their business to a new level of luxury.
