Abrams Residence The Slevin Group Landscape & Snow is pleased to present this landscaping at the Abrams Residence, a beautiful embodiment of our quality and innovation. This comprehensive redesign transformed the outdoor spaces in South Orange into aesthetically pleasing and functional areas. We carried out extensive site analysis of the property’s unique topography and existing plant materials. The was a delicate balance of native plantings, customized stone walkways, and a beautiful patio of premium bluestone. The choice of materials was a crucial element because we went with permeable surface materials to facilitate drainage and seamlessly transition to the surrounding landscape. The steep slope at the back of the property presented a challenge that necessitated terracing and innovative solutions. Our talented team constructed a series of natural stone retaining walls that created levels for plantbeds full of color while also stabilizing the slope. Overall, the result is stunning! The well-designed landscape is full of flowering perennials, ornamental grasses, and purposefully located accent trees for interest throughout the seasons. An outdoor living space with a custom fire pit takes center stage with comfortable seating for family gatherings or relaxation. Throughout the , our commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail acquired a usable landscape that met the entire vision of the client while improving the overall value of their home. The Abrams Residence simply exemplifies what the Slevin Group achieves in their landscaping. The clients have thoroughly enjoyed their new outdoor space.
