Relaxing Wooded Patio with Pool Meier Landscape Architecture is pleased to present our most recent , 'Relaxing Wooded Patio with Pool,' a private getaway in the Kansas City Metro area. Working with clients from Belton, Bucyrus, Grandview, Leawood, and more; we designed this residential backyard into a beautiful outdoor environment that blends nature with nature. The showcases an impressive in-ground pool coupled with a complex wooden patio built from the finest sustainable hardwood. Both extensive outdoor furniture and fire pits are incorporated with weather resistant finishes to provide the best views of the pool and patio areas for lounging, relaxing, and entertaining. Native plantings and foliage abound in the form of ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs to add privacy and serenity. One challenge was managing the slope of the existing yard; we used tiered landscaping to address drainage as well as add depth and texture in the space. Thoughtful light design created a wonderful charm to highlight natures beauty in the area while and providing enough light to have your patio and pool areas glow in the evenings. The end result is a wonderful getaway that amazed our client with all functional and aesthetic senses. With every detail curated to create an oasis; the 'Relaxing Wooded Patio with Pool' is a testament to Meier Landscape Architecture's commitment to craftmanship and design.
