About This Project

Greenwood Village | Bloom Concrete & Landscape Design Set in the Yampa Valley, this Greenwood Village showcases the artistry of Bloom Concrete & Landscape Design transforming the outdoors into a peaceful oasis. Tasked with transforming an expansive residential site in Routt County, our team worked to create an integrated site where landscape meets the land for our Steamboat Springs area and beyond clients. It included detailed documentation for the native plantings, tasteful hardscaping, and thoughtful sustainable solutions. Deliverables included pathways, water features, and wood seating areas, using local stone and sustainable materials. The permeable pavers will accommodate stormwater while providing a long lasting surface that harmonizes nicely with the greenery. The property had a lot of elevation variation, which made a bunch of engineering challenges for grading and drainage so that water drained properly and was not forced to erode everything. As challenges always arise, our talented team tackled these challenges by creating terraced landscapes that create both functionality and aesthetic benefits. We're so proud of the final product that we created a stunning outdoor space that made our clients extremely happy. Today, they can revel in seasonal flowers, the sounds of running water, and beautifully arranged areas for socializing and lounging.
