About This Project

The Mill Falls Master Bath project transformed a once dated and enclosed space into a bright and airy retreat. Originally, the bathroom featured a cultured marble built-in tub, a confining enclosed shower, an unused seated makeup area at the vanity, and lacked direct access to the bedroom. The redesign commenced with a complete demolition of the existing shower and tub, allowing us to reimagine the layout for improved functionality and aesthetics. Central to the renovation was the installation of the Signature Hardware Leith freestanding tub, which not only opened up the room but also added a modern focal point. Complementing this, we chose Vicostone Statuario countertops that bring a luxurious feel, paired with sleek new Quality cabinets finished in a soft cotton paint, enhancing the overall brightness of the space. The previous enclosed shower was transformed into an inviting feature by replacing the full wall with a pony wall and adding glass to the upper section, crowned with a frameless glass door that further enhances the openness. The shower walls now boast Naos Blanco 12"x24" large tiles, while a striking feature is created by the vertical installation of 3"x6" Biltmore marble subway tiles, transforming what was once a dark enclosure into a visually stunning element of the bathroom. The shower floor utilizes the same Biltmore tumbled polished tile in a 2"x2" square format, providing continuity and elegance. To complete the transformation, we updated the existing glass in the three windows behind the tub for a fresh look, added new lighting fixtures, mirrors, and polished chrome faucets and hardware that collectively brighten the entire space. This master bath now exemplifies a harmonious blend of modern design and luxurious comfort, showcasing craftsmanship that elevates everyday living.
