Leatherwood Kitchen and Bathrooms Renovation

The Leatherwood Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and Guest Bathroom project transformed a dated 2006 home in Heather Ridge Estates, Frisco, into a modern sanctuary while preserving its original charm. Our clients, after living in their home for over a decade and enjoying views of Cottonwood Park, sought to revitalize their living spaces without the hassle of relocating. The primary objective was to brighten the kitchen while maintaining the integrity of the stunning dark wood cabinets. We achieved this by installing sleek Silestone Calacatta Gold Quartz countertops, complemented by a timeless Emser Motif in Lace White 4x12 backsplash, creating a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The existing pendant lights were retained, enhancing the kitchen's classic appeal while infusing it with a contemporary flair. In the master bathroom, the clients opted to refresh the existing cabinetry by painting them in Sherwin Williams Elephant Ear, paired with the same luxurious quartz countertops as the kitchen. The room was completely reimagined, featuring Greyson vanity lights in polished chrome above his and hers sinks, and two Kohler Caxton under-mount sinks with polished chrome faucets for a cohesive design. The shower area underwent an extensive facelift, with a new floor made of Bedrosians Hemisphere Floor & Wall Mosaic in Balboa tile, and Purestone 12x24 tiles in Bianco Matte Finish for the sidewalls and main floor, resulting in a sleek, modern aesthetic. A Kohler Artifacts showerhead and deck-mount bath faucet further enhanced the luxurious feel of the space. Similarly, the guest bathroom saw a complete overhaul, with only the bathtub remaining intact. A Quality Cabinets Shaker style vanity in a Chiffon painted finish topped with polished Silestone Calacatta Gold Quartz set the tone for this modern retreat. Consistency in design was maintained with Kohler fixtures throughout, including the under-mount sink and faucet. The addition of an Ashton 3 Light vanity light and a wood accent mirror created a harmonious and inviting space. The outcome of this project is a beautifully renewed home that reflects modern elegance while preserving its original character, ensuring our clients can continue to enjoy their stunning views and living spaces for years to come.
