Barker Landscaping Company is excited to present the "Backyard Retreat - Fire Pit and Grill Station" , which has transformed outdoor living for our clients in Cleveland Heights. This was all the blending of function and beauty, creating an inviting area to socialize and enjoy leisure time outdoors. We began with our design team conceptualizing the layout of the design, while also taking into account the existing contours of the yard and our clients' thoughts. We chose natural stone because of its durability, so we could provide harmony to the existing landscape and longevity for the elements. We selected composite decking for the seating area. The product is weather-resistant, beautiful enough to impress the neighbors, yet comfortable enough for a family gathering around the fire. The grill station was designed with stainless steel for durability, with built-in appliances for grilling, and storage cabinets for the outdoor chef's equipment. Additional emphasis was placed on the aesthetics and ambiance of lighting in the seating area for comfort, and landscape lighting to enhance the vegetation surrounding the fire pit seating at night. A key challenge with the was the unevenness of the backyard terrain. Our skilled professionals leveled the area while including natural drainage solutions to prevent areas of excess water buildup. The end result was a space capable of providing leisure and entertainment year-round. The finished is an inviting backyard space that showcases the blending of nature and modern style. Our clients were thrilled with the outcome and suggested the backyard is now their favorite area for hosting guests or just relaxing. Thanks to J.
