Pat and Max Maintenance

Summary: Pat and Max Maintenance by Aesthetics, Inc. We at Aesthetics, Inc. have completed the 'Pat and Max Maintenance' by utterly transforming the landscaping for our clients in the areas of Crete, Denton, Lincoln, Pleasant Dale, and Yankee Hill. This demonstrates our quality workmanship and design expertise. The was an intensive renovation of the existing landscape, consisting of both planting and stone pathway construction to accompany the landscape. New native plants were installed based on their hardiness and low maintenance requirements. A selection of ornamental grasses, hardy perennials, and flowering shrubs were used to create an attractive display that will be vibrant all year. This not only beautifies the property itself but also serves the ecological system and supports wildlife. The primary design challenge was the uneven surfaces, requiring a great deal of grading to create a flat spot for the features that our team would design properly. Our construction team carefully graded to level the surface while ensuring that the existing topographical drainage patterns would allow runoff to drain without affecting planting. Foundational to the significant beautification of the landscape were the ornamental plantings. The plant selections for the included a variety of plants known for their durability and low maintenance properties. Plant selections a good mix of ornamental grasses to provide a unique leaf texture, hardy perennials to provide additional foliage unto and flowers throughout the seasons, and flowering shrubs of different colors so visually pleasing. In tandem with the planting processes, we also constructed a beautiful natural stone pathway made of locally sourced flagstone as part of the renovation to improve the outdoor living space. The path integrates nicely with the landscape by creating a transition from the house yard to the open space at the rear of the property. The stone path complements the planting improvements and invites guests to pass through the garden and enjoy activities on a new patio constructed with durable pavers. The newly renovated patio space provides the outdoor living area that clients often desire in outdoor spaces providing opportunities for entertaining family and friends. Lastly, all our were complemented with the installation of an effective irrigation system that would allow our clients to minimize water usage but keep the newly planted plants healthy and thirsty in their first few weeks. We included adjustable spray heads and installed drip irrigation for New Jersey patients. All new plants received water as needed. The outcome of the 'Pat and Max Maintenance' was an overall beautiful landscape that blends aesthetically with the natural landscape. The design incorporated a balance of beauty and functionality that exceeded the expectations of the clients, leaving them with a functional living space for personal and social events for many years.
