Mary & Doug - Aesthetic Transformation by Aesthetics, Inc. Aesthetics, Inc. has the pleasure in presenting the 'Mary & Doug' landscaping , which transformed this quaint property into a stunning outdoor space in Lincoln. This is a complete that reflects our quality, creativity, and attention to detail, along with serving our valued customers in Crete, Denton, Pleasant Dale, and Yankee Hill. Our began with a consultation discussing Mary and Doug's envisioned backyard oasis. They asked for peaceful and relaxing getaway that beautiful in nature and created an entertainment zone for family and friends. In order to fulfill their request, we designed a proposal and arranged the proposals for a combination of landscaping ideas including native plantings, serene stone paths, and a spectacular water feature. A major struggle with this was the property's slope. We proposed and designed multiple tiers of garden beds out of local limestone to create a visual anchor, as well as proper drainage and soil retention within the beds. We filled the beds with a variety of colorful perennials and ornamental grasses that needed minimal maintenance and that have sustainable, drought tolerant qualities. We also constructed a custom stone patio with a variety of pavers in earthy colors that seamlessly integrated with the natural scenery. There will also be handcrafted cedar pergola attached to the patio that offered some shade, and a place to create a cozy patio! We also add some soft, ambient lighting that was placed in a variety of locations and furnished the area with an evening ambience allowing Mary and Doug to enjoy their eloquent backyard long after the sun rested. The final reveal was breathtaking! Mary and Doug both expressed sheer joy at the final product, perfectly marrying the functional, yet aesthetically pleasing. We met their needs, and exceeded their wants, creating their own personal outdoor sanctuary that secludes them and is a reflection of their lifestyle and pursuit of nature.
