Transitional | Forest Vista - Curb Appeal FineLines Design Studio is excited to showcase the 'TRANSITIONAL | FOREST VISTA - CURB APPEAL' - a phenomenal transformation that enhances the aesthetic and function of a home in one of the areas we service, Carrollton, Coppell, etc. The strikes a perfect balance between modern characteristics and the surrounding landscape's charm to seamlessly bring the environment into the architecture of the home. To create an inviting entry, we incorporated a combination of native plant species, ornamental grasses, and perennial blooms to create year-round visual appeal and keep in mind environmental stewardship. The craftsmanship of materials is always of utmost importance to us when we are landscape designing: natural stone pathways complemented by artisanaspired retaining walls create structural longevity, as well as visual intrigue. One of the challenges was the property itself, with its slope; a creative grading design allowed us to feed any drainage issues while providing visual layers in a garden bed and indeed, increasing the curb appeal! Further, to minimize efforts for the homeowner and give the landscape every opportunity to thrive, we installed an automatic irrigation system. An added element to this that we think is a detailed perspective is the custom built wood arbor which creates a natural focal point complete with their own climbing vines which will cover this element over time and provide an inviting element of shade over the entryway. The final product is such a fantastic mix of color, texture, and shaped that the clients loved, turning the front yard into a fantastic welcoming space to appeal to their style as well as the bordering neighborhood. At FineLines Design Studio we offer a signature look of crafted work and creativity to not just meet the needs of the client but exceed our clients expectations. The 'TRANSITIONAL | FOREST VISTA - CURB APPEAL' is a particular instance of what we stand for and were able to take inspiration and thoughts from the clients to exceed their vision.
