TRANSITIONAL | FOREST VISTA - POOLSCAPE by FineLines Design Studio Situated in the center of North Dallas, FineLines Design Studio takes pride in this Outdoor Transformation , 'Transitional | Forest Vista - Poolscape'. This beautiful outdoor transformation includes a calming pool area among lush, native plantings to create a quiet, relaxing outdoor living space. The choice of materials, such as natural stone coping and textured pavers, seamlessly integrate with the home's modern architectural lines and adds a durable and timeless finish. One of the biggest challenges of the was the significant slope of the backyard required consideration of grading for drainage and aesthetics. Our crew creatively overcame the grading challenge by utilizing tiered landscaping beds, which added visual interest, along with consideration for water flow. The pool is surrounded by a variety of native Texas trees and flowering shrubs selected and sited to ensure the family enjoys pleasing views throughout the seasons. The native Texas wildflower garden used as a splash of color draws local pollinators to activity and liveliness in their outdoor space and enhances the milieu. Nighttime space use is extended with the installed ambient lighting. In totality, the 'Transitional | Forest Vista - Poolscape' is a stunning and functional design that allows the homeowners a space to relax and enjoy nature as well as provides space for entertaining. The extremely satisfied clients were particularly impressed by the attention to detail, quality of work, and the executed design showcased their original vision.
