This is completed by DG2 Design Landscape Architecture an exquisite and our commitment to high-quality and the innovation of outdoor space. The design is a seemingly random smattering of native plants, carefully chosen for sustainability and aesthetic, providing seasonal interest throughout the year. We included beautiful, locally quarried flagstone paths that lead you through the site to a water feature that is created as both a focal point and a wildlife pond. Permeable pavers are used that serve dual purpose of not only improving aesthetics but also efficient water disposal that have been concerns previously with site due to water retention. The challenge for our team was how to mesh the existing topography with the new landscape. We used tiered garden beds and boulders to break the line of sight creating visual interest but avoiding disruption to the seamless flow of the block. It all culminates in an eye-catching exterior with an entertaining patio area and lawn that ties the entire space together. The Baughn family was thrilled with the results, commending the meticulous attention to detail and how well the inside and outside flow together. But even better, this improved the home's curb appeal while also providing the family a retreat to enjoy in their fresh garden space for decades to come!
