Moyer Residence, y2010 ALE Our y2010 ALE: Moyer Residence was expertly done by PA Landscape & Nursery Association, with professionalism, skill and creativity. Penn Build an Oasis in Your Backyard From Generic to Great A Pennsylvania Residential Transformation Unique attributes of the Moyer residence include an intricate hardscape with natural stone pathways and a cozy patio for entertaining. Using local flagstone adds aesthetic appeal while being an extremely durable element to the property. We were excited working with our sloping site, but we knew it would be tricky, so we designed tiered garden beds for both function (planting) and aesthetic interest on our team. The landscape incorporates a range of native plants suited to the Pennsylvania climate that foster sustainability and biodiversity. Every plant was selected to provide colour and texture throughout the seasons from, colourful perennials, lush evergreens, verbena and more. We had installed a custom-irrigation-system that allows the plants to grow to their full potential using as little water as possible, a nod to our environmental focus. The outcome was a perfect balance of beauty and practicality, for a quiet space for the Moyer family to sit back and unwind or convene. The improved the home while also bringing the owners closer to nature, a great representation of landscaping excellence by the Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association. The Moyer home is a testament over the challenges we in the industry can overcome to provide the unique result our clients are looking for.
