y2010 ALE: Leone Residence The y2010 ALE: Leone Residence is the very pinnacle of residential landscaping, as showcased by the prestigious Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association. Follow this Cottage in Pennsylvania, perfectly combines nature with the environment and functional outdoor living spaces. We took his barren yard, complete with retaining walls that were never done quite right, and turned it into a magical oasis with meandering stone paths, colourful flower beds, and a custom built pergola for shady relaxing. Appropriate local as well as eco-friendly materials ensured that the landscape was not just beautiful but also contributed positively to the ecosystem. The uneven ground was one of the most challenging as it needed a unique grade and the build was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. With careful planning and design, these helped us not only with draining, but also to create tiered gardens. Native plants played an important role, providing sustenance and shelter to pollinators and offering the gardener a self-sustaining ecosystem since native plants work best in the local climate. The end result was a beautiful, practical outdoor haven that our customer couldn't have envisioned! Today, the Leone Residence includes a peaceful seating area enclosed by lush plants with a colorful display of perennials blooming during the seasons and a calming water feature. While on a bigger scale, the also improved the appearance of the home, but most importantly increased the value of the property, and the family members were happy to have their new outdoor area. It is a great illustration of our dedication to natural building, creative design, and landscape ecology that we are proud to have complete in Pennsylvania.
