Our most recent , entitled 'Backyard Transformation Time-Lapse Video', illustrates an epic conversion from a plain yard to a paradise that suits our client's vision perfectly. Located in the heart of Town and Country, this underwent a rigorous amount of planning and designing, in order to solve many issues, such as uneven ground, and limited sun exposure from surrounding trees. Our talented crew was able to utilize only the best quality materials which included, natural flagstone, colorful perennials, and composite decking. We sought to find solutions that combined aesthetic appeal and sustainability. Specific elements of appeal of the included a custom-designed patio which would function as the focal point of outdoor entertainment, along with a water feature which added a sense of calmness to the atmosphere. We included a plant palette heavily focused on natives, to promote biodiversity, and water efficiency, while minimizing maintenance, and achieving a lush green feel. Poynter is always prepared for challenges along the way, such as adverse weather and drainage solutions, however we know what permits to apply to execute a in the best way possible with quality standards and craftsmanship in mind. The completed is a beautiful exterior and outdoor escape that thrilled the clients, with an option for an outside lifestyle of entertaining and relaxation - all within their backyard, and nature space. The time-lapse video encompasses the land's progression and showcases dedication to creating another masterpiece of the natural mix with craftsmanship.
