### Backyard Landscape by Raimondi Hort Grp | The Little Flower Shoppe Located in the center of Elmwood Park, the Backyard Landscape represents the creativity and innovation found in our team at Raimondi Hort Grp | The Little Flower Shoppe. Our business serves the communities of Fair Lawn, Franklin Lakes, Glen Rock and more, but we took a typical backyard and designed an outdoor living area that our clients would enjoy and utilize in both an aesthetic and functional manner. Upon concept presentation, our clients specifically requested a design and layout that included a custom stone patio, a water feature and flowering plants with thoughtful incorporation of native plants for interest. For the patio, our team specified durable bluestone pavers to not only maximize longevity, but also to create a clean, seamless and organic look. The water feature was designed to use natural stones that allowed for flow through the water feature, with a cascading sound enhancing the experience. Among a multitude of other challenges, we needed to amend the previous variance in elevations of land; through a successful grading process we fashioned factors that created a landscape that utilized materials for levels and acted as an inviting foreground for the landscape. After identifying and completing opportunities for drainage and elevation, we utilized the proper depth in beseeching grass towards a green lawn that could be enjoyed through family gatherings and play for their children. The conclusion of the is effortlessly captivating and a truly stunning visual representation of landscaping achieved through an intentional design consideration when aesthetically uniting hardscape and softscape materials. With an environment full of color blooms and water creating a soothing sound, they have a backyard space that represents a personal retreat for their family to relax and entertain guests.
