Spring Lake Frontyard Completed by: Coastal Concepts In the quaint community of Spring Lake, Coastal Concepts transformed this property in the entitled 'Spring Lake Frontyard' with an elegant yet functional landscape design. This classy piece of woodwork is the perfect entryway into our client home and is a true extension of our commitment to quality & aesthetics. A native plant selection that offered both intrigue and sustainability was intentionally incorporated in the design. The plant palette focused on vibrancy and includes perennials and ornamental grasses along with shrubs that provide interest and demonstrate beauty throughout all the seasons while attracting local wildlife. We added natural stone walks and a flagstone patio to help unify the outdoors and highlight the beauty of the surrounding landscape in a fitting coastal setting. The spring lake area is known for its uneven terrain, which was one of the biggest challenges we faced. We had some work to do as it was fairly rough ground but our experienced team skillfully graded it out to create tiered flower beds that explores the third dimension in the landscape. We added a contemporary irrigation system which waters the gardens while saving watersomething every eco-friendly home owner needs to consider. Dressed in soft outdoor lighting, the paths glow warmly to complement the indoor delights as well as the plantings perfectly making for an evening destination worthy of lingering in. The end result is a stunning front yard which not only adds beauty to the curb appeal of the home but also gives an area to enjoy outdoor family time. A thrilled client wrote being able to enjoy a landscape that is blended into their way of living, and they are extremely happy with our work.
