We were engaged to improve the curb appeal of a property but had to fit well within the already established landscape of the surrounding area. By using a wide range of native plants such as bold perennials, billowy ornamental grasses, and sturdy shrubs, we were able to wrap the home in a lush setting that fits with the structure. Natural borders run throughout the planting areas, framed with locally sourced stones that were deployed to create a sense of order to the garden beds. That is, the soil type and moisture levels can vary widely in an area and that was one of the principal challenges we experienced in moving this research forward. With rich soil amended with organic compost and mulch by our skilled team, the plants began growing happily and sustainably. We devised a conscientious irrigation strategy so that all plants could be watered without any excess. We ended up with a stunning foundation planting that adds beauty to the home and supports the ecosystem by drawing in pollinators and boosting biodiversity. The client was over the moon, because, it was a thorough work and attention to quality made a hallmark.
