Bolton Landscape Design & Masonry, Inc. worked with clients in the beautiful locations of Cannondale, Darien, Easton, Georgetown, Greenwich, New Canaan, North Stamford, Pound Ridge, Redding, Redding Center, Ridgefield, South Salem, Stamford, Weston, Westport, Wilton on an outstanding 'Water Features' that turned their suburban backyard into a tranquil oasis. At Bolton Landscape Design & Masonry, Inc., we strive to showcase quality craftsmanship and innovative designs, and the finished was an amalgamation of natural stone, granite boulders, and custom stonework. The focal point of the new installation was a stunning pond with a waterfall detail that provided a soothing sound of water, allowing for a calming escape from everyday life. The materials used for the patio surrounding the pond were quality materials that included locally sourced flagstone. Part of the challenge of the was merging the water feature into the existing landscape with proper drainage and water flow. After planning the layout of the , the design of the pond and waterfall were established to resolve any topographical issues by using terraced levels with thoughtfully positioned flora to maximize interest and usability. The final design was cohesive, echoing the beauty of the surrounding landscape. To add to the peacefulness of the space, aquatic plants were added and LED lighting was strategically positioned to invite peace and tranquility to the water feature. The nighttime transformation glowed with a magical whimsey that the clients adored. In the end, the final was simply beautiful and created a new summer escape right in the client's backyard that was a perfect gathering spot for friends or a retreat for their family after a long day.
