Estancia Club | Merit Landworks This that you see here, located within the gated exclusive community known as Estancia, demonstrates the true craftmanship and artistry that everybody has come to expect from Merit Landworks. Set in the glorious landscapes of Fountain Hills and Scottsdale, the Estancia Club with its design called for an outdoor space that merges nature with luxury living; bringing in the scenery and ambiance into the fabric of the estate. To kick off, the team embarked on a thorough site analysis of the high desert, littered with its challenges brought on by the unique topography and climate. A series of indigenous dryland vegetation such as colorful desert wildflowers, stately agaves and hardy succulents anchors the design. Pathways and seating areas were paved with weather-resistant pavers and natural stone; materials chosen for both their aesthetic contribution and their weather resistance. An impressive water feature, one of the s highlights, has been designed to bring out the feeling. A series of sparkling water flow gracefully over natural boulders amid a lush xeriscaping conservation environment to create a colorful contrast. Our skilled craftsmen were able to work around the existing landscape to accommodate this feature harmoniously with the surrounding environment. The Estancia Club also relied on a big deal with lighting. Our team installed LED fixtures in strategic locations so that pathways are well lit and so that the features of the architecture of the home shine through, creating a great inviting atmosphere in the evenings when people gather. The end result is seamless outdoor space that both satisfies the client's need for use and aesthetics, as well as adds value to their home. All in all, the Estancia Club is a measure of Merit Landworks work to showcase the highest quality of craftsmanship while meeting the needs of their clients and the surrounds by creating a sustainable landscape solution for the site.
