McDowell Mountain Ranch III Introducing 'McDowell Mountain Ranch III' one of Merit Landworks latest remodels set in Fountain Hills. The new experience translating our commitment to quality and innovative design specifically for the Arizona desert climate in this expansive landscape. The native plant and drought tolerant landscape and hardscape components all work together to serve as a proper reflection of the natural beauty that exists within the McDowell Mountains. We used nice materials like natural stone paths and modern pavers to provide outdoor living spaces that become an extension of the home and a natural element of the landscape. The location was also a bit of a hill, so mapping out where we would put everything down and making sure that whatever we did had enough timeh taken into consideration since it is something that we have to build on to ensure that the heavier parts wouldn't slide off the hill, at least that's what we thought needed to happen. Our expert team dealt with these challenges by incorporating terraced planting beds and boulders installed in a way that provides soil retention while also looking great. The end result is an incredible escape complete with a custom water feature that brings the sound of trickling water and a focal point for the eye to rest on. LED landscape lighting beautifully displays the garden at night for hours after the sun sets. Merit Landworks remains dedicated to providing the best possible execution that exceeds expectations while executing this landscape into a peaceful sanctuary that pays homage to the work of mother nature and the beauty of Arizona.
