Combining beauty with functionality, this breathtaking landscaping job in one of Arizona's most sought after subdivisions is just simply luxury! The outdoor spaces were extensively redesigned and include desert-adapted native plants that are sourced locally and are also suitable in the harsh environments of Fountain Hills and Paradise Valley. Planting drought-resistant species not only celebrates sustainability but also adds to the lush greenery of the property throughout the year. The steeply graded lot presented many problems to Merit Landworks, who have incorporated terracing and drainage to create a sustainable solution. There, our professional team utilized natural stone to build retaining walls, in agreement with the land but still bringing support to the structure. Positioning themselves in the ever-busy surroundings of the home high-quality pavers were used for the pathways and patios, creating appealing spots for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. At the heart of the garden is an elegant water feature, featuring a waterfall that acts like a focal point of a quiet oasis for the senses. It makes for a nice aesthetic feature while also supplying a source of flowing water sounds to help you unwind and prepare for a long day. Our clients loved the final outcome of 'Arcadia - Phoenix II' which updated their outdoor living space into an incredible getaway.
