Title: North Scottsdale II by Merit Landworks Merit Landworks Is an Exquisite Example of how you Harmonize your Luxury Living with your Desert Natural Landscape; North Scottsdale II nestled in the Heart of North Scottsdale. This stunning residential landscaping took an expansive generic lot and created a tranquil outdoor living space to satisfy the refined tastes of our homeowners. The design played out as a stunning selection of local and native plants, along with desert plants and hardscape features that were carefully curated. Through the use of flagstone pathways and a paver patio (outdoor living space), both designed for quality, we combined beauty and function. Operating within the area of sandy soil and harsh climate conditions demanded unique irrigation solutions and the right balance of drought-tolerant plants to work sustainably within our team. Also, a water feature was one of the best highlights to the landscape as it integrates visual and auditory perceptions, and adds some movement to a static setting. The fire pit area, skillfully designed, enveloped in cozy seating making for the most luxurious star parties. With careful planning alongside the design process, we dealt with considerable logistical challenges (it was an interesting evolution in) providing limited access for heavy machinery, together we ensured every element achieved full installation). The end result blew our client away with an evocative balance of aesthetics and functionality that became both soothing and a celebratory space.
