Troon I, Merit Landworks Apart from historical sites, you can also travel to the hills of Troon to see this fantastic landscaping you can find in an area where the beauty of nature comes with the skill of construction like this one completed by Merit Landworks. Satisfying the beautiful cities of Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Sedona, our team managed the making of a beautiful masterpiece out of a regular outdoor area. Troon I implementation focused on a sensitive mix of desert landscape, greens and blooms that worked well with the style. We incorporated native plants and used agave, desert marigolds and palo verde trees to promote sustainability and saving water. Walls and paths of durable local sandstone instilled structure and purpose throughout the garden and connected the outdoor living spaces with ease. The site slope was steep and natural, which posed one of the main challenges, requiring innovative grading solutions for drainage and erosion control. Together, our team was experienced tackling this challenge, utilizing various methods to install divided planting boxes that offered not only a unique look, but optimized use of space. This ended with a calm water feature that embodies the nature of the desert while providing pleasant sounds and attracting the local fauna. The final product blew away the clients expectations laying the foundation for a tranquil escape for unwinding and entertaining.
