MALA LLC Michael Ashley Landscape Architecture / Pool Land Architecture's 'Pool ' reflects the quality of skill and great landscape architecture right in the middle of Kansas city, by MALA LLC. This gorgeous outdoor hideaway combines practicality and beauty into a cozy spot to unwind and be entertained. The most difficult site issue for our design team was the grade of this lot but through creative terracing and grading design, we were able to solve this challenge. Using premium materials including natural stone pavers and regional boulders, we created this multi-level pool area which promotes leisure and socializing. A beautiful pergola was added with necessary shade and a cozy space for outdoor dining followed by custom lighting that brightens the space and sets the mood for evening gatherings with a touch of magic. We left no stone unturned in our attention to detail, from the choice of the materials to the layout of the plants, everything had to sing in harmony within the design. The end result is an awe-inspiring landscape that takes our client from vision to reality. In addition to the 'Pool ,' MALA LLC continues to uphold this high standard of work, improving outdoor living in Fairway and Grandview, and everywhere in between.
