South Overland Park MALA LLC Michael Ashley Landscape Architecture is pleased to announce the completion of the South Overland Park , a functional yet attractive landscaping solution. This located in Overland park highlights us that we are more focused on quality rather than the coverage as a landscape designer. Promoting sustainability and low maintenance, the South Overland Park boasts a carefully selected palette of native species. Extensive hardscaping was built in locally exclusive stone that fit well a top a local stone found around the property, building residential for the owners, but we had additional high quality stone hardscaping surrounding our units in particular; nice looking retaining walls and pathways, as an example. They included a dramatic water feature which serves both as a peaceful retreat and a center for wildlife activity. The uneven terrain that created the most challenges as with grading and safely routing water from the road as needed. As you would expect the construction of these earthwork/topographical features was very challenging for our small team but we relished the challenge and overcame the difficulties to sculpt a the landscape to create an attractive, welcoming and tiered garden made for wandering! The end product is a beautiful and functional outdoor area that boosts the property's curb appeal and serves as a peaceful escape for the homeowners. And you can see how delighted the client is with their vibrant lush space that embodies the spirit of their vision, whilst also being a part of the ecological landscape. MALA LLC specializes in the MALA form of customized MALA beads, and we find beauty in detail at every step of our work.
