Our clients hail from Bellevue, Boys Town, and well beyond. We took a simple backyard and transformed it into an outdoor culinary experience. The consisted of a timber post and beam structure built to add rustic charm to the built and natural landscape. Built from weather-resistant cedar, the post and beam frame provided longevity and aesthetic value to the outdoor kitchen design. The kitchen included high-end stainless steel appliances, including a built-in grill, refrigerator, and sink, for functional use during social gatherings. As the team began the , there were obstacles to overcome, such as challenging terrain and established landscaping that required sensitive integration. Landscape construction has many intrusive aspects to it, and being creative with ways to level and drain water runoff allowed the outdoor kitchen to be functional and still visually appealing when inclement weather arrived. We incorporated a stunning stone countertop that was locally quarried granite to add an inviting and durable aesthetic value to the space. We designed the intimate eating space around the kitchen to include custom benches and fire pits for the family to enjoy every warm evening of the summer and create lasting memories. The final product is an outdoor kitchen space that exceeded our client's expectations. The nature of the outdoor kitchen and its high level of integrity combined with intentional design have made the outdoor kitchen the family's space for outdoor entertainment. This illustrates the craftsmanship and integrity for which Hardscape Contractors is known as a landscape contractor. It is the space that the family can use while hosting guests for summer barbecues, or small gatherings for a family member. It makes for outdoor living at its best.
