++ General Landscaping by Greenshooz Landscaping++ General Landscaping' is announced by award-winning Greenshooz Landscaping, an exemplary transformation of outdoor spaces, between condominiums and family homes located in Cumming and Dawsonville. It was a serious that touched on so many components of a property, from softscapes to hardscapes and outdoor living spaces, to beautify but also function a level up within its original purpose. The first thing we racked around was a holistic examination of the client's idea and what was already there exploring touchpoints in the landscape that could elevate the visual quality. Longevity and sustainability were accomplished by using natural stone pavers, composite decking and native plant species. Careful selection of plants was particularly important; we included a diverse range of perennials, shrubs and ornamental trees that provide interest throughout the year and are suited to the local climate. The land was very unlevel and designing the grade and drainage to keep water from sitting and killing off the plantings was also a challenge. The ground was leveled nicely by a team of experts, which enabled us to create breakouts like the garden beds and a beautiful centrepiece which is a custom-built fire pit and seating arrangement for family get-togethers. The end result was a great synergy of nature and design. It contained a bright flower garden with blooming flowers, a quiet path with a grassy lawn by its side, and a pleasant sitting space that invites tranquility. The client was very happy with the before and after results and mentioned that it really improved the curb appeal of their property and made it easier to entertain outdoors and enjoy nature.
